Information processed
When you email Mathieu, you may provide your name, email address, organization and any information you choose to include in your message. The website form currently prepares an email in your own application; it does not store its contents on the site. Cal.com processes the information required when you book a conversation.
How it is used
This information is used only to reply to your request, prepare or hold a meeting, assess whether an engagement is relevant and keep the service secure. It is not sold or used for behavioural advertising.
Providers and hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel. Scheduling is provided by Cal.com and messages pass through Perron IA Conseil’s professional email provider. These providers may process technical or booking data under their own policies, including outside Québec.
Retention and security
Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to follow up on the request, maintain the business relationship and meet applicable obligations. Reasonable measures are used to limit access to personal information.
Cookies and measurement
The site currently uses no targeted advertising tool or profiling cookie. Essential technical data may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and protect the site. This policy will be updated before any new measurement tool is added.
