Starting signals

This service becomes useful when…

  1. 01

You already use ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or another tool, but inconsistently.

  2. 02

You want to apply AI to decisions, research or deliverables specific to your role.

  3. 03

General training moves too quickly or remains too far from your challenges.

  4. 04

You want a confidential setting to test, think and refine your practice.

03

Concrete engagement

What you receive

  • Progress objectives connected to your role and tasks
  • Working sessions on scenarios and documents you select
  • Reusable methods to frame, delegate and verify
  • An experiment plan between sessions and a review of learning
04

How we work

A three-part progression.

  1. 01

    Start from your work

We select decisions, tasks or deliverables where a better AI practice could genuinely help.

  2. 02

    Work side by side

We experiment, compare approaches and explain choices so you can reproduce them without dependence.

  3. 03

    Build your judgement

Between sessions, you apply a simple method and return with concrete outcomes to examine.

05

A healthy boundary

What the approach does not claim to do.

Coaching does not replace legal, financial or cybersecurity advice. It helps you use AI more effectively while recognizing decisions that require specialized expertise.

Before starting

Frequently asked questions

Is coaching one-on-one?

It can be individual or offered to a small group with comparable responsibilities and objectives.

Do I need to be technical?

No. The work focuses on your use and judgement. Technical ideas are explained only when they support a better decision.

Can I work with my own documents?

Yes, when you are authorized to use them with the selected tools. We can also create anonymized examples when confidentiality requires it.
